On the morning of Wednesday 14 November there will be an eclipse of the Sun.
If you can't afford to travel to Cairns to see the total eclipse, come and join the UTAS School of Mathematics and Physics for a safe viewing of the partial eclipse here in Hobart (weather permitting).
Here in Hobart we will see a little less than half of the Sun blocked by the Moon.
The eclipse starts at approximately 7:25am and finishes just after 9am.
