UQ’s Jodi Clyde-Smith to take up role early next year
Dr Jodi Clyde-Smith has been appointed to the role of Executive Director (Research Operations).
Dr Clyde-Smith has worked in research strategy, management and other roles at the University of Queensland (UQ) and the UK universities of Cambridge, Leeds and Sheffield. She has degrees in the Arts and Sciences, a PhD award in the biomedical sciences and a Masters in Tertiary Education Management.
She has run large research and teaching departments in the UK, worked in research and research training portfolios at the University of Queensland and is currently Deputy Director (Operations) for UQ's largest biomedical translational research institute, the Diamantina Institute.
Dr Clyde-Smith will take up her new role on 30th January.
